Orders and payment
Once you have decided on the items you would like to purchase, please select the items and add to the shopping cart.Sizing does vary by product brand, so to make sure you order the correct size first time round, we’ve added the bust, waist and hips measurements each item is made to fit within the product information page. Some of the products are made from original patterns, so the sizing will come up small, and you may need to order a larger size than usual - please don’t be disheartened, it’s the same for all of us!
Please click on the shopping cart when you are ready to make payment, and follow the onscreen instructions. Our payment system is operated by Sagepay to offer you online secure payments. We accept debit and credit card payments online, and all payments need to be made in GB pounds.
We understand that for some people paying by cheque or online banking transfer is preferable. We can arrange to take these payments, however goods will not be sent out until the payment has been received by our bank. Prices stated on the website include VAT but do not include delivery costs (see Shipping). We may change our pricing from time to time, you will be charged the price stated on the date of ordering.
All items are subject to stock availability.
Shipping
Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email from HettySpaghetty.co.uk, please keep this email for your reference.The cost of shipment within the UK is £5, and then £1 for each additional item within the same order. Please allow 3-6 working days for delivery following your confirmation email. All items are sent recorded delivery from Royal Mail. You will be required to sign for you delivery upon receipt.
We do deliver outside of the UK, however this will incur the higher delivery charge of £10 for one item and £2 for each additional item. Please allow 7 – 10 days for delivery following order confirmation. Customs and import charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are applied once the goods reach their destination country. Prices vary by country. If you are placing an order from outside the UK we recommend you check with your local customs office the charges you will be required to pay before ordering.
We cannot accept liability for costs incurred due to delayed deliveries. Claims for loss or damage will be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.
Returns
We have endeavoured to make sure product descriptions and sizing are correct so we can avoid returns, however, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please follow our returns procedure:We do check all items are pristine condition before we send them out to you, however if your goods do not reach you in good condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt on info@hettyspaghetty.co.uk or by phone on 01582 661115.
If your new outfit doesn’t fit you, please contact us on info@hettyspaghetty.co.uk or by phone on 01582 661115 within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement garment in the correct size. The original garment must be received in re-sellable condition (unworn, unmarked and still tagged) before the new garment is sent out. The cost of returning the wrong size item will be paid by the customer, however we at HettySpaghetty will pay for the replacement garment to be sent out. All returned items must be sent by recorded delivery. This makes it expensive for both you and us, so please try and make sure you order the correct size at point of purchase. Another way of returning dresses is to visit us in our new shop at 6 Eleanors Cross, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 1SU.
Please remember:
- All returns, whatever the reason, must be notified within 3 days of receipt by email or phone
- All returns, whatever the reason, must be received back by us within 14 days of distribution
- All returns are sent at the cost of the customer, and must be made by recorded delivery
- All goods must be returned in re-sellable condition, this means unworn (apart from trying on!) unmarked, and still tagged. For this reason please be careful when trying clothes on, as refunds will not be made on marked goods.
- Refund payments and goods exchanges will be made upon receipt of goods in acceptable condition
