When placing an order on Hetty Spaghetty you will be asked to provide us with your contact and delivery details. This data will be stored on computer, and may be used for:- Administration of the website, and communication with you, our customers
- Future marketing by Hetty Spaghetty (e.g. email newsletter, product updates)
- Any data collected will only be used for the above purposes by Hetty Spaghetty. Your data will not be passed on to any 3rd parties. The only exception to this rule is when information is requested for legal purposes

We promise to take reasonable steps to protect your information, however we are not responsible for any information you disclose online, and can only be held responsible for breach of security if it is down to our negligence.We may update the privacy policy from time to time, please read before you purchase to make sure you are wholly happy with our policy,

We have endeavoured to make sure product descriptions and sizing are correct so we can avoid returns, however, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please follow our returns procedure:We do check all items are pristine condition before we send them out to you, however if your goods do not reach you in good condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt on info@hettyspaghetty.co.uk or by phone on 01582 661115.
If your new outfit doesn’t fit you, please contact us on info@hettyspaghetty.co.uk or by phone on 01582 661115 within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement garment in the correct size. The original garment must be received in re-sellable condition (unworn, unmarked and still tagged) before the new garment is sent out. The cost of returning the wrong size item will be paid by the customer, however we at HettySpaghetty will pay for the replacement garment to be sent out. All returned items must be sent by recorded delivery. This makes it expensive for both you and us, so please try and make sure you order the correct size at point of purchase. Dresses can also be returned by bringing them back to our new shop at 6 Eleanors Cross, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 1SU.
Please remember:
- All returns, whatever the reason, must be notified within 3 days of receipt by email or phone
- All returns, whatever the reason, must be received back by us within 14 days of distribution
- All returns are sent at the cost of the customer, and must be made by recorded delivery
- All goods must be returned in re-sellable condition, this means unworn (apart from trying on!) unmarked, and still tagged. For this reason please be careful when trying clothes on, as refunds will not be made on marked goods.
- Refund payments and goods exchanges will be made upon receipt of goods in acceptable condition
