Shipping Information
Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email from HettySpaghetty.co.uk, please keep this email for your reference.
The cost of shipment within the UK is £5 for as many items as you order. Your items are usually despatched the same day and should be with you within 4 working days. All items are sent recorded delivery from Royal Mail. You will be required to sign for you delivery upon receipt.
We do deliver outside of the UK, however this will incur the higher delivery charge of £10 for one item and £2 for each additional item. Please allow 7 – 10 days for delivery following order confirmation. Customs and import charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are applied once the goods reach their destination country. Prices vary by country. If you are placing an order from outside the UK we recommend you check with you local customs office the charges you will be required to pay before ordering.
